The event will be aggressively promoted through all major trade magazines via full colour advertisements, advertorial features, inserts and pre-event previews. A full list of our media supporters is listed on this site. We will also promote ACE 2009 in the relevant newspapers.
TELEVISION
For the first time in its 5 show history, ACE 2009 will promote its message to regional Victoria on television through Channel 7 / Prime. Finely- targeted 15-second advertisements mean we will reach your target every night over a 14-day period, ensuring our message is received loud and clear in regional and rural areas.
OUTDOOR ADVERTISING
Another first at ACE 2009 will be the introduction of outdoor billboard advertising to our marketing mix. Strategically located billboards advertising the expo in the brand new ACE hot pink colours are sure to catch attention.
DIRECT MAIL
Drawing upon our own extensive database of past visitors and the membership lists of our numerous supporting associations, thousands of prospects will each receive a personalised invitation to the Expo. Each invitation will include an impressive full colour promotional brochure containing full details on the Event and a pre-registration form. Brochures will be made available to all exhibitors at no charge for distribution to your regular customers.
KEY BUYER PROGRAMME
Every business has its VIP customers. Provide us with a list of your key buyers and we will personally invite them to attend. We will enclose a visitor badge so they can enter the Expo immediately and save $20. These names will remain strictly confidential and will be used only for the purposes of this promotion.
PRE-REGISTRATION PROGRAMME
Over 7,000 buyers pre-registered to attend ACE 2009 and we will once again be providing this powerful marketing service for our visitors. All people who pre-register will be mailed their trade badges two weeks prior to the Event to ensure fast entry. We will also ensure they receive regular updates and incentives to attend the show.
TELEMARKETING
We will use the services of a professional telemarketing company to call your key buyers, remind them of the Event and the key reasons why they simply must attend.
REGIONAL AND INTERSTATE CAMPAIGN
Working closely with key industry associations we will attract quality buyers from regional areas of Victoria, Southern NSW, South Australia and Tasmania. Heavily discounted airfare and accommodation packages have been negotiated for interstate visitors to maximise attendance from these key buyers.

Our dedicated website is a one-stop portal for all things ACE and is designed to maximise the expo's profile on the net. The site includes full details on ACE 2009, including an on-line registration service, new product section, onsite attractions and details regarding our exhibitors and the brands on display.
E-NEWSLETTERS
Over 5 shows we have developed a strong database of Victorian-based decision-makers in your industry. In 2008, we will commence pre-promotion with a dedicated html e-newsletter campaign designed to deliver the latest exhibitor news and drive pre-registrations through this valuable asset. This will be an additional opportunity for exhibitors to promote any new product or special deals unique to your ACE 2009 participation.
